Join the League of Women Voters of Washington County for an engaging evening of civic conversation focused on how we can strengthen our democracy through fair elections, resilient systems, and informed public dialogue.
Our featured guest will be Alysoun McLaughlin, Director of the Election Resilience Lab at the University of Maryland. A veteran election official with over 14 years of experience—including service as Acting Election Director in Montgomery County—Alysoun brings expertise in election administration, policy, and reform. She has also worked in election policy at the Pew Center on the States and as a federal advocate for the National Conference of State Legislatures and the National Association of Counties.
This event is open to the public. All are welcome to attend, learn, and take part in the conversation. The evening includes a social hour, Dutch-treat dinner, and timely program on the future of fair elections.
